Campinas, SP, 25 (AFI) – O racismo no futebol mostrou neste ano de 2022 pelo menos o dobro do registro de atos racistas absurdos por parte de torcedores brasileiros e do exterior nas competições nacionais, continentais e até na .Muita coisa é preciso fazer para mudar esta mentalidade, que deixa o futebol mais podre e mais pobre. As ofensas e as agressões registradas nas arquibancadas refletem o atraso e a falta de uma consciência de que todos somos iguais, conforme estabelece a Constituição Brasileira.A Constituição Brasileira de 1988 defende a igualdade racial no Brasil: “Todos são iguais perante a lei, sem distinção de sexo, raça, trabalho, credo, religiosos e convicções políticas. Quem não cumprir esta premissa, será punido pela lei sobre o preconceito de raça”.No Artigo 3, inciso XLI, é definido que “Constituem objetivos fundamentais da República Federativa do Brasil: promover o bem de todos, sem preconceitos de origem, raça, sexo, cor, idade e quaisquer outras formas de discriminação”.

Infelizmente, as regras básicas sociais não são respeitadas por muitos brasileiros e nos estádios os ataques ao racismo são registrados com frequência, assim como ocorre em mercados, transporte público, empresas privadas e instituições em geral.
Neste ano e em 2021, tivemos o triste conhecimento de que o racismo aumentou consideravelmente nos estádios de futebol do Brasil.O Relatório Anual da Discriminação Racial no Futebol 2021, revelou dados preocupantes (em 2021 e no período de janeiro e agosto deste ano), durante Seminário de Combate ao Racismo e à Violência no Futebol.As informações foram divulgadas em evento na sede da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF). Marcelo Carvalho, fundador e diretor executivo do Observatório da Discriminação Racial no Futebol, mostrou que os números da discriminação entre janeiro e agosto de 2022 no Brasil igualaram os registros de 2021 inteiro, chegando a 64 ocorrências.

“Quando iniciamos a elaboração do relatório, em 2014, tinha-se a ideia de que o racismo no futebol brasileiro eram apenas casos isolados, não algo estrutural”, disse. “De lá para cá, a gente consegue assegurar que não são isolados. Os casos acontecem com muita frequência”, constatou.
O ano de 2021 contou com o retorno dos torcedores às arquibancadas depois das restrições ocasionadas pela pandemia de Covid-19. E, consequentemente, notou-se o aumento dos atos discriminatórios.
Só no futebol, a alta de casos de racismo foi de 106%, pois foram registrados 31 em 2020, contra 64 de 2021. Ao todo, em 2021, foram registrados 158 casos de discriminação. Destes, um total de 124 ocorreu no meio do futebol e 34 em outros esportes.
2021
Dentre os casos de maior repercussão de 2021 foi do meia Celsinho, do Londrina. O jogador acusou um dirigente do Brusque de chamá-lo de macaco.
Na primeira instância do STJD, a equipe catarinense chegou a ser multada e perdeu três pontos na Série B. Mas, no Pleno no Tribunal, a perda de pontos foi revogada, a multa foi mantida e o dirigente foi punido com 360 dias fora do futebol.

Dos 124 casos que envolvem o futebol em 2022; 74 dizem respeito à discriminação racial; soma de casos ocorridos no Brasil (64) e no exterior (10).Além disso, 25 casos envolvem LGBT fobia – soma de casos ocorridos no Brasil (24) e no exterior (01).
São confirmados também 15 casos de machismo; mais 10 xenofobia (soma de seis casos no Brasil; e outros quatro no exterior).
Dos 74 casos que dizem respeito à discriminação racial no futebol, 64 foram no Brasil e dez foram no Exterior.

Em 48 destes casos, as vítimas são atletas; em três são árbitros; em dez as vítimas são torcedores; e em seis deles os prejudicados são funcionários dos estádios ou algum membro da comissão técnica dos clubes.Apenas em um caso a vítima foi de um membro familiar do atleta; em dois as vítimas foram ex-atletas; e em dois casos as vítimas foram integrantes da imprensa esportiva.Outros dois casos, a ofensa foi para um jogador de e-sport e para os modelos negros de uma campanha publicitária no lançamento de uniforme de um clube.

Outra situação desagradável foi registrada no dia 13 de abril, quando o Fortaleza enfrentou o River Plate, no Monumental. O jogo da Libertadores ficou marcado também por ato racista.Um torcedor do time argentino chegou a jogar banana na direção dos tricolores. O momento ganhou repercussão internacional. Tinga, zagueiro do Fortaleza, chegou a comentar sobre a situação em entrevista coletiva. O atleta cobrou punições mais duras.
“E a gente não pode fazer nada. Se fizer, a gente é punido. E punido severamente por uma coisa que outra pessoa fez pior. Temos que mudar isso. Queremos que sejam mais justas as coisas. Uma justiça seja feita não só aqui, mas no mundo todo. Esperamos que isso não volte a acontecer”, disse.“Vi que os torcedores foram punidos em cada time lá, que não podem mais frequentar estádio. Mas acho que tem que ser pior, tem que aumentar a multa, prisão. Tem que ser uma coisa pra ninguém mais fazer, entendeu?”, desabafou o atleta.
No jogo da volta, os tricolores prepararam dois mosaicos permanentes como forma de resposta às ações sofridas na Argentina. Os dizeres traziam: “Stop Racism” (para o racismo, em inglês) e “Juntos na Luta”. Quase 50 mil pessoas acompanharam o duelo na Arena Castelão.
A Conmebol prometeu medidas mais duras contra o racismo nos jogos. A CBF também chegou a se manifestar.
O torcedor Gustavo Sebastián Gómez foi punido dos jogos do River Plate e está proibido de frequentar qualquer estádio de futebol da cidade por quatro anos. As imagens dos mosaicos percorreram o mundo.

Em 25 de maio deste ano, torcedores do Ceará foram vítimas também de atos racistas no Estádio de Avellaneda, em Buenos Aires. O time cearense enfrentou o Independiente, em duelo da Sul-Americana.Parte da torcida argentina imitou um macaco e xingou alvinegros. Além disso, também arremessaram pedras e outros objetos. O torcedor Rodrigo Castro presenciou o momento.
“Desde antes da gente viajar, a hostilidade da torcida deles foi grande. Nas fotos que o Ceará postava, sempre mandavam mensagens de cunho racista e violento. Dizendo que iam pegar a gente lá… Durante o jogo inteiro: mulher, criança, adulto”, descreveu.“O cara que viralizou no vídeo, foi escolhido para Cristo. Não foi só ele. Foi muita gente da torcida. Eles viravam para trás e imitavam comendo banana, imitando macaco, chamando a gente de macaco. Isso foi o jogo inteiro”, disse.
“O Ceará fez um gol e isso incitou. E quando o time fez o segundo gol, aí deslanchou mesmo. Jogaram pedra de gelo, sapato, mas graças a Deus não aconteceu nada. Me senti desrespeitado. Não só eu, mas todos que presenciaram”, lembrou.Apesar disso, o gesto serviu de incentivo para que outros casos viessem a acontecer em partidas posteriores. Torcedores do Estudiantes de La Plata também foram filmados em práticas racistas semelhantes sobre a torcida do Bragantino no estádio Jorge Luis Hirsch.Além disso, um torcedor do Boca Juniors foi flagrado reproduzindo o gesto na Arena Corinthians – cena que foi capturada pelas câmeras de segurança do estádio e repercutiu nas redes sociais. Os clubes responsáveis foram multados pela Conmebol.

Em 6 de dezembro, pouco tempo antes do início do jogo de oitavas de final entre Espanha e Marrocos, um grupo de torcedores da extrema-direita espanhola deixou, na porta de uma mesquita em Vitoria-Gasteiz (Espanha), um javali morto acompanhado do recado “vamos caçar os mouros”.
O Marrocos e a Espanha vivem, hoje, conflitos diplomáticos constantes e tensão na fronteira, já que os dois países compartilham a menor distância entre a África e a Europa, no estreito de Gibraltar e, em terra, dividem a única divisa terrestre entre os dois continentes: Ceuta e Melilla, territórios espanhóis que utilizam o Marrocos como uma polícia para oprimir imigrantes africanos que tentar sair da África rumo à Península Ibérica.
Este não foi o único caso envolvendo racismo e xenofobia durante a Copa do Mundo do Catar, que tem evidenciou diversos casos de preconceito entre nações.
O início da Copa foi marcado por ataques racistas logo após o jogo de fase de grupos entre Argentina e Arábia Saudita. A derrota dos argentinos veio acompanhada de uma onda de comentários comparando os árabes a “escravos” nas redes sociais, além de apologias ao nazismo.
Dentre os ataques, muitos argentinos associaram a vitória da Arábia Saudita a uma “festa de escravos”, e comentários como: “Desde quando o escravo aprendeu a jogar futebol?”.O desdém a jogadores de origem africana em Seleções europeias foi também registrado.Várias manifestações racistas e xenofóbicas ocorreram durante a partida de oitavas de final do Brasil contra a Coreia do Sul.

Após a vitória do Brasil sobre a Coreia do Sul nas oitavas de finais da Copa do Mundo do Catar, Vini Jr. foi relembrado de um caso de racismo sofrido em outubro deste ano, quando um empresário o comparou a um macaco por comemorar seus gols com danças. Pedro Bravo, em entrevista ao programa espanhol “El Chiringuito”, declarou que “Tem que respeitar, se quer dançar samba, vá fazer isso no Brasil. Aqui, tem que respeitar seus companheiros de profissão e deixar de ser macaco”.
Na entrevista, Vini Jr. desejou “Que a gente possa seguir bailando até a final” e, em depoimento anterior, respondeu ao ataque dizendo que “Fui vítima de xenofobia e racismo em uma só declaração, mas nada disso começou ontem. Há semanas, começaram a criminalizar minhas danças. Danças que não são minhas: são de Ronaldinho, Neymar, Paquetá, Pogba, Matheus Cunha, Griezmann e João Félix; dos funkeiros e sambistas brasileiros, dos cantores latinos de reggaeton e dos pretos americanos. São danças para celebrar a diversidade cultural do mundo. Aceitem, respeitem, ou surtem. Eu não vou parar”.
No mesmo dia em que recebeu o ataque de Bravo, a torcida do Atlético de Madrid também gritou “Vinicius macaco” antes do início da partida.
